Who wants to make more money at the club?
Duh!
We all do.
But to get there, we need to learn how to sell. Sales is an important aspect of being a stripper, more than we typically imagine before deciding to get into the industry.
18 or so years ago, I was a brand new babystripper and I truly had no idea what the job actually entailed. Wearing a sexy goth outfit, some (kinda clunky) heels and a bleached-to-near death alt hairstyle, I made about $65 on my first shift. I had no idea how to talk to people and was beyond confused about how the top earners were selling lapdances. I was a mess, really.
It wasn't until I learned about sales and branding that I actually began to make the "stripper money" I dreamed about. Along with the scheduling freedom, I was finally starting to see my hard work and hustle pay off.
But I didn't have a mentor or a bunch of courses to help me. From my first day in the club, I had a very difficult learning curve ahead of me, filled with painful trial and error and reading tons of sales books and trying to adapt them to our industry. Eventually, I became a top earner, too. But this took YEARS.
What if you could get there faster than I did because you have the shortcut to all the solutions I never had? What if there was a place you could find all the necessary and profitable sales information so you could start making better money the very next shift you work?
Seeing so many strippers struggle to sell has inspired me to create learning materials that provide strippers with the keys to finding their own financial success. As an admin of several stripper groups and (I'm dating myself) message boards, I kept seeing the same dilemmas over and over, usually about going home in the negative after paying house fee, or just rarely closing sales on higher priced VIP rooms. I'm reminded daily how many dancers are just like I was: lost, exhausted, insecure about how to phrase things and just feeling like giving up. It can be demoralizing to constantly see little reward for your efforts in an environment that is very "sink or swim" in nature.
Many strippers believe they're "just not trying hard enough" or "just not cut out for this business". Trust me, if there was anyone who would have been labeled as "not cut out for it", it was me as a babystripper.
The problem is that there is just no official training in this industry. The problem is that we see each other as competition, so we rarely receive the help we need. The vets in your club don't really have time or incentive to teach every new dancer who walks in the door and gets hired. It's not in their best interest to take time from their own hustle to help others.
That's why I do what I do.
In Academy of Stripper Sales, I've taken all the knowledge about the very core of the sales process and put it into digestible and easy to implement advice-filled videos. You are getting such key information that it would be difficult to not make your money back really quickly.
